Comments:
warmed up early, my calves were still tight going in. first 800m i stayed on pace. some suny fredonia guys tried to pass going into the 3rd quarter, i tried to hang with them, but got dropped by the last 400. i feel like i could've done a lot better, but i've had a hard week.
the 400 was too slow, but it's likely because my calves were locked up. i'd like to give it another go sometime.
didn't run a workout afterward partly because i was exhausted and sore, and partly because i was over mileage already.
