Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Warmup outside, 3k, cooldown 2. Ran in the second heat. Was going to stick with the top group until the first mile and then start passing, but I didn't feel like we were really moving, so I went early. Ran a PR, but I'm sure I can go faster. Still good, though. It was fun to lead for the last part.
