Weather: great, perfect weather, although it was getting cold by the time we finished up

1 mile warmup
10 miles- 6x 6min threshold, 1 min surge, 3 min easy.
Felt really good and i really rocked out the workout, especially the last parts. first two my body just had to ease into it and i really put the hammer down on the third one. felt really good, one of the best workouts i have had. coach owens even said i was strong looking
3 miles mostly with joey as a cooldown.
