Weather: Warmer like in the 30's

So I went in this morning and got my foot all taped up. It was ridiculous how much tape went into it and all the diferent kinds! Walking around the tape felt great. It took the pressure off and I felt better than I had all morning walking. But going into the run the pain was still there.
Felt okay in the early miles still tired and sluggish. But as my tendon loosened up I felt better and better and generally woke and started moving faster. Pretty good run. The pain and stiffness seems to come and go. Sometimes it hurts a lot and other times it doesn't. Did the shit series and the ankle circles seemed to really help. Also after the shower I felt no pain at all so maybe I'll try heating before the run today. I'll go in and talk to the trainers again today about ultrasound and heat. I think the indoor track is the biggest problem since I've been logging lots of miles on it lately and it seems to be the worst after i've ran a lot on it.
