A little bit of everything: squats, lunges (with 8lbs in each hand), crunches, obliques, plank, side plank, butt kicks, push-ups, wall sits, bicep curls, side raises, front raises, chest press, bench rows, calf lifts, superman (lame). 15 reps each (except crunches, 25) x2.
