slapped in the face by the old skiier

Exercise Type: Run

just a sustained pace for around 28 min, plus warming up and cooling down. it was pretty solid even though the old guy next to me wearing ski goggles kept almost hitting me in the face during his back stroke, and hit my arm every time under the water. in addition to that, apparently mike richie thinks it's cool to just jump into your fourth of a lane and start swimming while you're holding onto the wall on the far end trying to get your breath back after a long workout. but other than that, it was good, and the achilles wasn't bothering me at all today.
