Weather: sunny, warm!

Comments:
first day running again, had the lift in, for the most part i felt great, quite fresh, but legs felt a little strange having not been on them for a week. achilles tightened up pretty well after the run, but lots of ice and ice bath later.

love the course, seems like my type of course, crazy hills, lots of downhill, and trail-like back loops.
