Exercise Type: Run

Weather: warm, sunny

warmed up without the lift, felt pretty good, the race plan was to go out conservatively, the only problem with that is that EVERYONE went out conservatively, and everyone took that first monster hill extremely easily, so it really had no effect on the race. i think if i'd gone out faster, i still would have lost focus in the middle, but at least i would have been higher up. I'm definitely doing it at regionals because it worked great for the team and me at calvin and otterbein, and it worked out great for the team at all-ohio.

achilles tightened a bit after 2.5ish miles (also just worrying about it probably had some affect on the race). super tight everywhere afterwards.

team didn't run so well, can't believe we lost to brandies :(
