Weather: sunny, warm

Pretty much the most painful run all season, every muscle in my legs are tight and sore, shoulders not much better. I figured i would loosen up a bit during the run, but around 4mi i pretty much felt like laying down and rolling back to the house. eventually made it through the whole run (somehow i got up to richmond in 40, so i was going quite a bit faster than i thought despite feeling like turds). as soon as i finished i just kind of laid down and tried to stretch what i could without having to stand up because it hurt too badly. planning on sleeping a ton tonight to try to get over all this crumminess, it will really suck trying to do a workout feeling this tight.
