CD indoor track

Robert, Ethan, me, JP were 1-2-3-4 basically waiting for JP to move. It happened at 2 miles and I covered him with the 73.1... then I slowed back down to a 75.6, no good. JP passed me again at 1000 out and the chase was on. He opened a little gap, then he started to run out of gas and Gates and I were closing on him from 800 out to 100 out. Then I let the Obelisk walk out the door as Gates kicked me down like a bitch for 2nd place.

The same thing happened last week when I passed Grogan then just sat in front of him. I'm racing against people I can't outkick anymore which is what I've relied on in the past. So when I make the pass 1000 meters out against Grogan last week in the 3k and a mile out against JP, I HAVE to keep hammering and not just pass and sit. "Run the first part of a race with your head, the middle part with your personality, and the last part with your heart." I have to find the heart in the last kilometer of the 3k, mile of the 5k, and eventually 2 miles of the 10k. There were 200+ people in Veale yelling for ME as I was walking down JP in the last mile of the race and I couldn't finish.
