Weather: pretty good, nice weather, its great
Comments:
1.5 mile warmup
3 miles- of actual repeats
3x200+1200=1800= 1.125 miles jogging in between
400s
3 sets 4x400s
600 jog rest in between sets
200 jog in between each 400.
i felt pretty good
hit all of them from 72-76. mostly around 74 75. but it was a great workout.
originally had 4 sets but that was terminated as i am starting to taper as opposed to the other guys on the team.
2.5 mile cooldown- 20 min.
