400/800- @800race pace/mile race pace, respectively
3x 600 (out fast-race pace x1, race pace-finish x2)
ran the workout with chris and grogan. 3:33 for the twelve. came through the first 4 on pace, then died. i ran in trainers today because my calves were hurting, so i felt sluggish. after the first 600, my foot hurt, but i tried to strike midfoot for the next two and it felt better. the 600s were all in the 1:40s somewhere. still felt pretty slow.

talked to the trainer about my foot. she said it wasn't a big deal, but to watch it. ice bath
