Weather: sunny, could have lost the shirt, but there will be plenty of time for that later

forgot to log two runs last week i believe, but at least i did them, the weekend was runless, but I did get in some really nice hikes in Sequioa Nat'l park, it was awesome. brought some ticks home, but still worth it.

felt really good and springy on this run, like i was bouncing off the road, it was nice. worried about stomach, so i turned a bit sooner than i had really wanted to.
