Exercise Type: Bike

my foot wasn't really hurting, but i'm waiting to see the doctor tomorrow, so i simulated the workout on the bike. i did 2x 20 min @ approx tempo effort. it was pretty tough to put out that much effort on the bike, but i got my heart rate up, and worked pretty hard.
stretched on the track for a little while, then cooled down on one of the bikes down there @ easy effort.
lifted with chris after- wk4 day1. stretched in the training rm because we were kicked out of the track, and did eagle x15
iced my foot in a bag of ice.
