on the bike...again

today's bike wasn't so bad, i kept the rpm at about 130 most of the time on random at about lvl 8. corey was there for the second half, so it seemed to go by faster, as it usually does when there's someone to talk with. did some hurdle drills with the 3:30 group, walkovers on my own, more drills with them, L7ing while watching them do run-overs, static 3, bear pillar, hips x15
spent a lot of time at veale today.
