I did the workout on a treadmill because there is no indoor track here. its actually really annoying but i don't know what else to do. I tried to run at the RPAC track but its literally a rectangle. it hurt my hip to warm up on it so i just didn't even try to run the workout on it. and there was this on part where theres this rail and its on the 3rd floor and i kept picturing myself flying off the track if i ran any faster than a 7 minute mile.

i was happy with this workout though. i felt really good and controlled. hopefully next week goes well.
