4p w/ Grogan; Veale, Cedar/SOverlook, NP, Warrington, Chalant, Fernway, Parkland, Torrington, Eaton, SP, NP, SOverlook/Cedar, Veale. cold run and I felt really tired from yesterday I guess. not the usual "sore but strong" feeling I have on most easy runs, just sore and tired.
