Split Interval Workout

Decided to give my achilles a try today b/c I took a few days off w/ icing and ibuprofen. No problems today so I'm going to continue the icing and hope it is gone for good. Repeated the same workout I did 2 weeks ago w/ a twist. 2 sets of: .5mi(5:30 pace) + 1 mi(5:40 pace), 2 mi(6:20 pace) w/ a 5 minute break in between. 3 minute break after those 2 sets and added a fast mile at the end, speeding up throughout. All but the warmup on the treadmill.

Glad I didn't lose much fitness after cross training for several days!
