Weather: cloudy, sprinkly, cooooool

started out feeling great, about 2 in my right shin muscle started bothering me again, about 5.5 in that went away though and the rest was pretty good. Very easy pace, zoned in and out the whole way back which made parts of it go by very quickly but overall it seemed to last forever. All this building up to the meet is really getting on my nerves, i just want to run the damn race.

muscles pretty tight for the last two, and my extremities were quite cold. thinking about busting out the tights for workouts this week.
