2 mi warm up, 1 mi (5:50), 1 lap jog, 800 (2:49), 200m jog, 800 (2:55), 100 jog 3x300 (300m jog) then 1 mi on the track and 2 mi back
actually felt pretty good, despite the weather, and the fact that it gets dark really early these days
