I felt good, but I couldn't really get myself feeling tired. The hills were really tough today - maybe I was going faster than I thought, or maybe the cold was making me soft! Either way, good workout - Brady helped push me.
Good stretching but when I bend my foot inward my inner calves are sore - note to self.
