long day. pretty good workout though, i might feel better if it wasnt only six intervals, but nothing to complain about really. hit 68.xx on the first, and 65.xx on the next 5. i dont remember the exact times, but #5 was fastest. just wanted to be consistent, and i was. i started a bit conservative to feel out tha pace and decide if i was going to go to slower end or the faster end of the interval (65-68). felt good, really good. i love 400's, and though i hadn't done any this fast before, we usually did like 12 at slower pace like everyone else was doing. ready for friday, i've been thinking about what i want to do, and it seems like high 72's per 400, or 36ish per 200 will get me where i want to be. might go a few 37's at the start in order to not die like last week, and kick it up to 36 when i feel good.
also, i really like interviews, and i think i did well at the group interview i had to hurry off to.
