did a bike/swim workout per coach's instructions. simulated an 8x 400 workout with perisa for the first half, then jim for the second half.
8x :70 hard (standing on pedals) 1min rest
it was actually pretty tough. my quads felt pretty shot afterward. then we got into the pool, did the kamalsky drill series, which was kinda weird in the pool. then
3x25 hard with :30 rest, 2min breaststroke
all through three times. then 5min kick
static 3, day 1 wk2 lift(modified), eagle 2x20, hipsx15. ice bath 10min.
