day 6: biking champ

worked all morning on my 145 hw, which i neglected to start the night before. after class, i got einsteins, then sporcled for a while in the balcony. around 3, i decided it was time to do some sort of workout. so corey and i headed up to the cardio room--he was running 6mi, so i decided to bike 45min. i forgot my ipod, so i thought it would be an awful bike, but thea robert and tim were all there biking too. and the tv was on talking about sports, so i was able to zone out and not focus on how long i was biking.
my heart rate was mostly in the 150-160 range, but got up to 170 by the end. rpm was high 120-130s, difficulty lvl 7.
i was very satisfied with the 20.5 miles; that's faster than 27mph.
static 3, hurdle walkovers (i was skeptical at first, but since there's really no pounding of feet with these, i went ahead.), and bear.
a good day.
