Comments:
Set out with the intent of doing a LONG run. Right hip hurt, the heat was getting to me, and the magnitude of the run I wanted to do weighed heavy, so I wussed out at 4 miles. Probably the right thing to do given that my hip was pretty sore, but I really need to get back on track quickly or risk wasting all the good running I've done.
