Comments:
warm up through the quad, library, thwing, etc. the 8 400's with hard 100 after the evens, and 200 jog after everything. i think the times were something like 83, 82, 81, 80, 79, 81, 83, 80. felt harder than i wanted it too, and my groin still hurts a little, haha. also kind of a bummer that we only had 5 people running the workout :(
