Comments:
Had a terrible day today, i felt sick the entire time i was running. I was not happy with how i performed in the workout, i wasn't where i was suppoed to be, so it made me pretty upset. We went 5 minutes hard, 4 minute break, 4 minutes hard, 3 minutes break, 3 minutes hard, etc.
