6 x 800 @ 20 seconds faster than 10k with 400m/2min recovery between intervals. 2 mile warmup, 2 mile cooldown.
no watch still. goal repeat pace was 5:20/mi, or 2:40 per repeat. think i was pretty close, given the generous recovery time between intervals.
