day 14: part 2

after wasting time on monday, we didn't finish the pool workout, so i got down earlier today-- around 5:30. skipped the drills, but did some kicking between the sets. here it goes, if i can remember what i did.
100 kick
5x50 "hard" w/ 15sec rest
100 kick

4x underwater swim
100 cooldown
the swim felt pretty good. it was crowded today and i got the half-lane right next to the wall, which kinda sucked because my hand kept scraping against the wall. the 50s were good, i was hitting 40sec for the first set, the 42-45 for the second. underwater swim was good-- i got 3/4 of the way across before coming up for air.
back upstairs for static 1, ibis x40, hips x15.
