Comments:
6 x mile repeats w/ 3 minutes walk rest. The interval stuff was all on the treadmill. Definitely not as strong as this same workout 2 weeks ago. My mind was starting to lose focus after about 2 repeats, but I pulled it back together and decided I wasn't going to give up. I think my head wants to think that since the last 1.5-2 weeks have been down I can say I'm out of shape and take it easier. I didn't let that happen today, and I think I showed myself that I might have lost some fitness but I'm still in pretty good shape. So overall a pretty encouraging workout, although I really would have liked to hit these paces easier.

Negative split: 5: 39, 39, 39, 36, 30, 20

No achilles pain still.
