ran 3 miles on increasing incline...started 6.5 for 1 mile(9:10) 7.0 for mile 2 (8:30) and then 7.5 for half and 8.0 for half (7:50) finishing in 25:30...good workout following the stomach bug last night and 10 hours of sleep
