6 400s. Felt pretty good but my calves were tight because the day before I didn't really stretch well after the run. First 2 400s were supposed to be 100s, next 2 90s, then next 2 85s. What I ended up doing was starting at 95 then I kept on dropping about 2 second after each 400. ab circuit.
