Comments:
my apt to hamilton ave, to klockner and then i ran the same run as tuesday. this way according to online is a tad over 7 miles, which is a tad longer than tuesdays run. felt much better today, even though i think it was more windy today than tuesday. nonetheless, i think i am getting in decent shape. nothing like college, but good enough shape for now.
