Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
2x .5mi(5:30), 1mi(5:40), 2mi(6:20) continuous set. 5 minute walk break in between sets. Felt pretty strong today. For both sets I was breathing a bit heavy after the .5 and 1 faster intervals, but once I got into the 2 mile I got into a nice rhythm. In the last .5 mile of the 2nd set I dropped the pace to around 5:30 so the 2nd one ended up being a bit faster. Good workout.
