Comments:
Within 20 minutes I started feeling totally in control and unstoppable. I held pace. I didn't feel an urge to go fast, but felt I had the potential to do so.

Within 30 minutes my right knee felt like some tendinitis was swelling up. I stretched out a little, but it remained slightly persistent. Future runs should be kept within 25 minutes for a while.
