Weather: more snow...
Comments:
good workout today. I ran the workout on the rail trail downtown. there was several inches of wet snow, but that was actually perfect, because it wasn't really enough to slow me down, but it was enough to make a soft landing surface. very nice actually. there was this middle-aged lady on her long run and it was funny because I passed her on almost every interval and she passed me on my recoveries. we made a game of it and she totally played along. afterwards I went to my mom's classroom to pick up my sister and ran the halls for a little bit with my indoor track high school buddies.
