Weather: a little warm, high 70s?
Comments:
Good trail running, not too technical, but a lot of gradient. did 2 laps + some to make the 6 miles (2.8mile loop). Reversed direction for second lap. Listened to On the Media. Good cooldown but no stretching, needed to return to Portland.
