12 x 400 with 200m recovery. 2mi warmup, 2mi cooldown.

(avg somewhere between 73.4 and 74.3, depending on the cumulative tenths i had to round off to remember all the splits)
ran using my cell phone's stopwatch, so i had to memorize my splits to log them. in doing so, i had to forget a lot of tenths to make room in my brain for all the repeats. gotta get myself a garmin.
