AU Choo Choo

Comments:
We ran to AU, did an extended warmup complete with striders and sprints, and then did a sprinting choo choo train workout. We started with a 200, then a 300, then another 2 and 3, then we took a short break. After the break, we did it all over again, did a cool-down lap as a team, and jogged back to school.
