nice little community race. Again trying to salvage the season with a decent performance, could have been better good have been worse, so we'll take it, actually took a little spill towards the end which messed up my attempt to overtake some others at the end. Finished 6/18 for the race. Started out nice and easy, but soon found out that the people I were following were nice wind breakers on the downhills and flats, but clogged me up on the uphills, so went a little faster. Again stomach came around and felt sick on the uphills, calmed on the downhills and then repeated, think it might have something to do with my new "problem" because eating before was not a problem, anyhow not horrible, but alot of room for improvement
