Comments:
warmed up the outer loop to the bird park. today the park entrance wasn't closed, so i didn't have to sneak in the side. started and finished the run from the asphalt part. ran 4 laps plus 2minutes up and down that side trail. cooled down the rest of the outer loop and one inner loop. stone mountain was really crowded today because it was so nice out. and it's saturday. i felt comfortable on the bike, which was good. a good day overall.
