Comments:
Took a while to get started, because we started at 5, and then Corey and I had a difficult time finding a bathroom that was open and not broken on northside. Leutner saved the day. Emilie started while we were gone because we took forever, so we waited for her to be ready for her second mile, then started our first one. We were doing the Michigan loop, and coach wanted them 6:25-6:35. We did 6:32, 6:22, 6:21, with a minute rest in between. Then 3x400, which she wanted 80-85. I did 84, 84, 79. Good workout overall, felt pretty strong. Cooldown 2.
