Even though it was pretty nice outside I still ran indoor because I am not feeling to well. I think that I am def getting sick and Time change is messing me up. I had to run after swimming today because I was slacking. Dan was using heart monitors with his class so I took advantage of the opportunity to check my pace. I ran pretty much exactly like I normally do and my heart rate was betweent 130-138 the whole time, so now I know I am at least doing it right! :) ran the first 15 min with Michelle
