Attempted to do the workout, however, my hamstrings were limiting my movement in the warmup. Stretched for ten minuted before the workout, but it did not help. Again, my running was not natural, and it was hard to pick my knees up and straighten up my left leg.

6 Sets of 4min hard on the bike with 2 minutes rest.

Put Icy Hot On Consistently During the day.
Took Ibuprofen before practice.
Stretched when I woke up.
Icy Hot during the night.
