Comments:
The sunrise was beautiful. 1 superhill, 12 small hills, swift pace, last two hills extended recovery. I've found that I really like doing sets of 12 because almost every interval is some sort of landmark. At 3 laps you're 1/4 of the way done, at 4 laps you're 1/3 of the way there, and 6 laps you're half way there, and so forth. Felt strong all the way through.
