Haitian Mountain Workout 6

Comments:
Said goodbye to the hills today. 8 smalls hills but with and extended flat piece of all of them, plus one superhill of course. The last small hill was swift, but the rest were a gentle pace. No trouble from the dogs. My week of running the same 1km stretch of mountain over and over went surprisingly well and never got boring. I'd obviously have preferred to have gotten to see more of the area on my runs, but I think I still got some really solid training in. My body, I hope, has started to adapt to the hills, so as long as I mix some into my training between now and the Boston Marathon I should be all set. Heartbreak hill, here I come!
