knee felt surprisingly good on the track today. nice workout.. didn't go on a distance run today..will do what they did tomorrow. i did a workout with pitts instead

51 right on-1:10 right on-can't remember?-also can't remember..i remember being 5 seconds off target time though- 3:02 (2 seconds off)-don't know my time-53 (2 seconds off, but i felt like i ran a f*ng 48 with the terrible wind)
other than the wind, it was a beautiful day to run
