Comments:
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
•Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
•Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
•Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
•Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
•Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
I felt comfortable with this workout but I'm not sure if that's a good thing. It was pretty fun to just go outside and do a liezure jog but it got me sweating so I'm not complaining.
