Exercise Type: Run

Weather: so pretttyyyyyyy

Comments:
I did some 100's with the sprinters.....and was obviously a TINY bit faster than them but I didnt want to show them up in their own specialty so I slowed down a little. JUSTKIDDING I was a lot slower but I was happy they let me run with them. then did 2 400's and for some reason on the first one I was just not feeling great and my legs felt like jelly, but the second one was much better. Then I did 4 sets of hills with Katherine and Ian and than Adam jumped in with us too which was nice. For some reason I just really like running hills so I enjoyed this part, and then when we got back to the track we did a last 300 and then ran back to school.

On the run back to school I had so much energy and felt like I could keep running for another few miles even.
