Muffin Run

Weather: Chilly

823 at 35% fat burn. Good run - pretty chilly today even with the wind down. Ran 2:1s the whole way - even on the boardwalk. The idea was to keep the pace down so we would be ready for the race on Sunday. I'm also running the 5K tomorrow - will I make it under 30 minutes?? We shall see.
